MMM infrastructure for agencies

We would rather show you nothing than a number we don't believe.

Media mix modeling your agency can put in front of a client: a readiness gate that refuses to model bad data, a diagnostics gate that refuses to publish bad models, and every estimate shown with its uncertainty range — never a bare point number.

The audit takes about five minutes and tells you — honestly — whether your client's data can support a real MMM.

How the gate works

Most MMM tools produce a number for any input. Ours refuses, twice, before you ever see a chart.

  1. 1 · Before modeling

    The readiness gate

Six checks on your client's weekly data — history length, gaps, spend variation, channel count, outcome completeness, channel independence. If a hard check fails, no model runs and you get the exact fix instead.

  2. 2 · After fitting

    The diagnostics gate

One frozen Bayesian model spec — no knobs to tune a result into existence. Convergence checks and an 8-week holdout test run on every fit. A model that can't predict weeks it never saw is never published.

  3. 3 · Before you read it

    The guarded readout

A plain-English summary that is deterministically prevented from inventing figures: every number in it must exist in the validated results, or the summary is discarded.

One more thing no other MMM measures: your brand's visibility inside AI assistants enters the model as a first-class channel, alongside Meta and Google.

The six checks

The same engine powers the free audit and the product. Every check reports what it measured, the threshold, and the fix — never a score.

History length

Is there enough history to separate seasonality from media?

Pass ≥ 104 weeks · warn 52–103 · block < 52

Missing weeks

Is the weekly history continuous, with no gaps?

Pass 0 missing weeks · block any gap

Spend variation

Has spend moved enough for a model to learn from it?

Pass CV > 0.15 on every channel · warn if flagged channels ≤ 50% of spend · block if > 50%

Channel count

Are there enough channels to make comparison useful?

Pass ≥ 4 channels · warn 3 · block < 3

Outcome variable

Is there a complete revenue or conversion series to explain?

Pass: outcome present and above zero every week

Channel independence

Do any two channels move so closely that credit can't be split?

Pass max pairwise r ≤ 0.85 · warn 0.85–0.95 · block > 0.95

Pricing

CSV audit

$0

Upload one client's weekly data, get the six-check verdict and the fix list. No account needed.

Connected audit

$99

We pull the data directly from the ad platforms and run the same checks — no spreadsheet wrangling on your side.

Agency pilot

$750/mo

The full platform for your client roster: connectors, the readiness gate, quarterly model refreshes, and client-ready share links. Invoiced manually during the pilot.

Start with the audit. If the data can't support a model, we'll say so — for free.
